I'm dedicated and passionate about teaching, and I believe in the transformative power of yoga.
I emphasize the importance of not just going through the motions of a yoga class, but rather activating and using the body to its fullest potential in order to reap the full benefits of the practice, regardless of age or level.
Having experienced permanent injuries myself, My goal is to change the perception of yoga that the commerciallization of it has brought. Its not about handstands, inversions and being super flexible and there is no such thing as being good or bad at yoga. It's about healing, strengthening and becoming balanced. Listening to your body, becoming one with your physical and mental body instead of working as separate entities and honouring its capabilities even if you need a chair.
I want to help you adjust, modify, and find variations that suit your capabilities and personal practice.
My style of teaching is very unique, and it will challenge you no matter your level.
